These terms cover our website. Buying, downloading or playing our games may be governed by separate store terms, licence agreements and game-specific policies. We do not sell games or take payments here.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site, learn about our games and follow its links for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, impersonate the studio or misuse another person’s information.
Our games and creative work
Unless otherwise indicated, studio names, artwork, text, game content and other materials belong to Velovis or their respective rights holders. Browsing this website does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial licence.
Personal sharing of links to our pages is welcome. For commercial use of artwork or press materials, contact us. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Development information
Games, screenshots and videos labelled in development or work in progress may change. A coming-soon label is not a release-date guarantee. Current availability, pricing, system requirements and purchase terms are shown on the relevant official store page.
Third-party services
Links to Steam, Discord and social platforms lead to third-party services. Their terms, account requirements and privacy practices apply when you use them. We do not control their availability or every item of content posted there.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the website working, but errors or interruptions may occur. Please contact us if you find an issue.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. These terms do not limit mandatory rights provided by the laws that apply to you.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy explain website information practices. We may update these terms as the site changes; the date above shows the latest revision.
