THE CONVERSATION.
01How do notifications work?
Game News, Events and Playtest News are optional interests you choose in Channels & Roles. They do not grant staff permissions or access to private testing spaces.
02Does Playtest News give me a test key?
Playtest News keeps you informed about testing opportunities. We invite playtesters separately when a test is ready.
03What makes a useful bug report?
Include the game build, platform, mode, steps to reproduce, expected result and actual result. A short clip or screenshot can help. Remove private information from anything you share.
04How do I raise a sensitive issue?
Contact the Studio Team or a Community Moderator privately for community incidents. For a security or privacy concern, email play@velovisgames.com. Avoid posting credentials or personal information in public channels.
